Visual Hover Options (pin visual, focus mode, more options etc) on despite no hover

New online service bug? The pin mode, focus mode and more option buttons (as well as others) are showing permanently from initial load of the report online, on one visual per page. This is just for some pages within the report, not all tabs. This is for all my reports I've looked at. They don't disappear when I hover over something else.

Edit: They do go away when I click somewhere, but would be nice if they didn't show initially. Was never the case before.

Unfortunately I have too many reports and pages to do this, but thank you for the suggestion Aj. Also something has to be on top. This appears to be a new bug in the service.

Maybe you should wait until MSFT Power BI fixes the issue or it will be fixed in the next version.

in Power BI desktop Format the visuals and send it backward
