I have the More options(... icon) turned on for my visuals, but they are not visible for users looking on the reading view of the reports via web.

I have looked at and applied pretty much every troubleshoot idea I have found on this but it still does not show.

I have the visuals header turned on individually on the report in thePowerBI Desktop, also in the options setting aswell.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I ended up finding the reason on another forum page.

One of the limitations of Publish to Web for PowerBI is that Exporting the data from visual is not available.

I have the same problem and it seems like this is still a limitation for publis to web reports.

Not sure this will solve your issue, but I'd start by checking what's in the Report settings of the current file in Power BI Desktop:
