Visual Header Icon Help Tooltip - Not showing up in service for Multi row and KPI card

Hello,

 

Visual Header Icon Help Tooltip is not showing up in service for Multi row and KPI card. The icon does pop ups when you hover over the scorecards but results in nothing when you hover over the ? icon or click on it.

 

I have also tried replacing this with a separate Tooltip page and even that did not help.

 

Tooltip shows up exactly as expected in Power BI Desktop but on Service.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

    I noticed today that this problem appears to have been resolved. I'm now seeing Help tooltip icon text for one of the impacted visuals in PBI Service.

    Hello,

    I'm having the same issue with a Tachometer visual (imported).  I'm using a live connection to a SQL Analysis Services database for my data source.  The issue occurs in that case.  However, when I test with a simple model in PBI the Header Tooltip icon works as expected.  What type of data source are you using?  

     

    I tested Multi-card and Card visuals with the live connection and I get the same result as you (Multi-Row has the issue;  Card does not).  And both work fine with a PBI model. 

     

    This is definitely a new problem.  I've used tachometer visuals for quite some time with a Help tooltip icon.  The issue was reported to me yesterday by one of our users.
