What happens if you remove all the measures and columns does it then show a blank visual?

 

If it does then there is a potential issue with the column or measure.

Hi GilbertQ ,

There is no issues with the columns and measures as same are working fine in the original dashboard.

However I couldn't understood this question "if you remove all the measures and columns does it then show a blank visual?"

Obviously if I remove the measures and columns, it will be blank.

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    I am trying to identify if it is the visual that is the issue or something that has been added to the visual which is causing the issue?

      I am suspecting level of access for workspace/report is the issue here.
