Hi,
I have a issue with the interactions on service, and here's my case.
there are 4 visual charts that have interactions defined on my dashboard, and there some filters on the dashboard also.
Basicly the interactions should work like this way:
Barchar1 control barchart2, linechart1 and linchart2
barchart2 control barchart1, linechart1 and linchart2
the interactions work perfect on the desktop, but don't work right on service since past few days(they had worked well):
Barchar1 can control barchart2 and linchart2, but not linechart1
barchart2 can control barchart1 and linchart2, but not linechart1
I checked the visual ointeractions on service, and nothing wrong there, the filter on Linechart1 were set up correctly.
Anybody has any idea on this issue? or it just simply a bug?
I will create a new line chart to replace the currently Linechart1 to see if it works, but not sure the same situation will happen again.
Thanks,
Erin

Hi Tsanka,
I republish my dashboard every day to refresh the dataset(my dashboard users are not pro user), and the issue just started days ago...the replacement of the linechart works now, but can't gurantee it will work forever.
Thanks,
Erin
Hi @Erin,
I frequently face the same problem as yours. My "solution" for fixing the interaction problem in the service is just to re-publish the pbix file.
I am not 100% sure and haven't had the time to test it, but it seems to me complex interactions between visuals stop working properly when editing the report in the service.
