Viewing a report as a role in PBI Service
We have an app on the service with row-level security and I am trying to figure out how to view the report as a role from the server but I cannot seem to find it. Is there a way to do this?

Navigate to the workspace and hover over the dataset. Then you will see three dots. That indicates more options.

You can test the role in service.
- Go to Power BI workspace and select the More options menu for a dataset.
- Select Security
Now you will see the roles.
- Select More options (...) next to the role.
- Select Test data as role
You can choose to view data as a specific person or you can select a combination of available roles to validate they're working.
