Hi folks,
We have created a report from a source which is outside our tenant, using a shared semantic model ('From external orgs'). When we try to acces the Usage Metrics Report, we can't find it, it is not available. But we can view usage metrics from reports that are built using semantic models from our own tenant.
Is it possible to acces this Usage Metrics when we use a semantic model that is outside our tenant? Do we need to change some configurations in Portal Admin?

Cross-tenant shared metrics are currently unsupported. That's why you can't find it. You can see the current limit from the link below:
