Videos on Dashboard no longer displaying

We have a series of instructional videos on how to utilize the Power BI reports that we have created, and are hosting them through vimeo.  We created a dashboard page using the built in Power BI functionality to host videos (it explicitly mentions Youtube or Vimeo).  When I added them originally about a month ago, everything was displaying and playing fine in the service.  Within the last week, they are displaying blank tiles and the videos are not appearing.  The videos are still active on vimeo and when I edit the link in the dashboard tile (add "1" and then delete it from the end of the url so it is the same link) the video displays & plays, but only while I'm in the "edit" mode.  As soon as it is published via an App, nothing happens and I get the same blank tile as before.  I've tried adding the permissions on that dashboard as well as testing a youtube video but still nothing.

Any ideas what is going on?

after opening a ticket as suggested, I was able to get this resolved.  As of January 2024 there was an update to this feature that disables it by default.  You need to login to the Power BI admin portal and enable "Web contents on dashboard Tiles" (https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-nz/blog/update-to-dashboard-web-content-tenant-setting/)
