Variation in Data

Each month I run a Hospital Discharge Follow-Up Call report.  We report Data each month, 1 month prior, and 2 month prior.  This month I noticed a change in the data for previous months Mar/Apr.  Is ...

    It sounds like the the system where the source data is coming from, has changed the historical information. This is common for example if a transaction status is updated (eg from Open to Closed) and overwritten. 

    When you refresh a report (if you are using import mode and connect straight to the source system), it will reload all available data from A to Z again. If historical data is updated, you will only get the current information. Ie you lose historical snapshot.
