Valid credentials on desktop, invalid on web Power BI

Hello,

 

As I didn't get an answer on my previous post, maybe it's worth a shot to make another one.

The problem I got is with auto-refresh for a dataset - it was working fine till it wasn't anymore. It throws a "invalid credentials error" for VSTS (azure devops) source. The credentials are valid, that is not the problem as I'm currently logged in with that account on PBI and I don't encounter the problem on desktop version on Power BI. On desktop it's working just fine.

I've tried differrent privacy level settings for the data source and replaced the OAuth with basic login, but the problem is still there. Would be grateful for any help/ideas!

    Hi Anonymous  ,

     

    During my research, I saw some user may have the same experience with you in the past.

    Please try use the token in the password leaving the username blank .
