VNet Gateway Logs failed download

Hi,

 

Recently, one of our Power BI datasets failed with the following error message:

 

Error message failing dataset

Data source error: {"error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_UnknownError","pbi.error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_UnknownError","parameters":{},"details":[]}}}

 

This dataset is relying on a Virtual Network (VNet) data gateway. We tried to export the gateway logs but the Power BI service failed to do so:

Important note
We are logged in with the Power BI admin & this user also has admin permission on the VNet data gateway in question.

The documentation pages mentioned this feature wasn't available in all regions. However, it should be available from our tenant location, which is West Europe (Netherlands)
