VNet Data Gateway - Unable to Register Capacity

I am trying to setup a test instance of a VNet Data Gateway. Our production environment has PBI Pro licensed users and PBI Premium capacity. My account is a PBI Admin / Global Admin / Owner in Azure

Following this documentation to create: Create virtual network (VNet) data gateways | Microsoft Learn.
I am prompted to select capacity but the drop down menu is blank.

 

Is there a step I need to be adding to register the capacity so that this creation screen can see and allow me to utilize it?

    Hi GilbertQ ,

    Yes, I believe it is.. Our PBI default tenant is in Canada Central (Toronto). The region we deploy out of is also supported USW2 for the Azure side of things.

    Right when they announced was GA I was able to try deploying it but since then this new drop down has appeared which is blocking me.
