VNET Gateway for Embedded (EM) Capacity

Unfortunately, virtual network data gateway currently requires a license that does not include EM SKUs.
Possible reasons for the current lack of support are as follows: virtual network data gateway requires a higher level of computing resources and network configuration to ensure the security and performance of the data transfer. the use of EM capacity is more focused on embedded scenarios.
I offer some suggestions for alternatives to virtual network data gateway, hopefully it will help you:
1. Use local data gateway

Thank you for your response. That is strange because VNET GW is supported on F8 that is equivalent of EM1.

I understand your thinking that these different types of CAPACITY services have different focuses, and they all target different audiences, which leads to the problem that even though it feels like Vnet GW is supported on F8, EM1 provides capacity math similar to F8, but doesn't support Vnet GW.
So the best thing to do is to upgrade to a Vnet GW supported SKU as described in the documentation.I hope my suggestions give you good ideas, if you have any more questions, please clarify in a follow-up reply.
