Using Direct Query in Semantic model, has published own semantic model rather than original source

Hello all,   I have, for the first time, created a report called "Customer Forecasts" (in PBI Desktop) using a "Power BI Semantic Model" from another existing published report called "Planning Repo...

    Hi AliPoTD

     

    Are you perhaps creating new Calculated Measures in the Customer Forecast Report File? Or making any other model adjustments, like renaming columns/changing data types or anything of the sort?

     

    This too will trigger the creation of a new Semantic Model, which builds on top of the Planning Suite 2025 model, just like adding any additional data sources would.
