Using Audit/Activity logs for more specific viewing information

Hello, I have gone through Microsoft's documentation on the actions available in the audit logs. I can see the ViewReport operation and we are currently pulling this for some of our metrics. However, we are looking to capture information around report views. For example, we would like to see if a user filtered the report and, if they did, what filter did they apply. Does anyone know if it is possible to get this type of data? I also checked in the usage metrics app but it doesn't seem to have this type of information either. Thank you!

To my knowledge, your requirement could not be realized currently.

But this is at idea/feedback level alone. May be , hopes Power Bi will implement this in nearby future.
