Using APP to share Reports from PPU to PRO users. Works for some PRO users but not not all
According to a number of articles, pro users should be able to access APP published reports from Fabric and PPU workspaces. I have tested this and it does work for some users that have PRO licenses ...

To put it simply, if you have a semantic model that is in PPU workspace, all users who consume that report via an app connecting to that semantic model in PPU workspace will need Appu license. And I think this is where it is coming in, in that some of your reports are in Pro and some of your reports are in PPU and that is why you get these differences. If you can, please confirm.

Yes these are PPU models and reports derived from those all in a single Premium workspace. I understant your take on it. Just seems there are others who, like me, believed apps could publish to non-ppu licensed users.
