Users/usergroups with direct access to datasets isn't visible under Mange permission of the Dataset. No old user/usergroup is visible and if we add a new one it will not show either but the user/usergroup will get the access. It seem like this only happens for premium workspaces and everything worked fine a couple of week ago. We did uppgrade to premium gen 2 a couple of weeks ago if there is any connections?

This is a known issue (ICM: 272864375), and the PG team is currently working hard to fix it.
As workaround,
you can Use the API to get the list of users Admin - Datasets GetDatasetUsersAsAdmin - REST API (Power BI Power BI REST APIs) | https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/admin/datasets-get-dataset-users-as-admin#example
I will give you feedback here promptly if there is any progress, sorry for the inconvenience.

Still seeing this issue, do they have a target date for fixing this? Is there any place public to check on the status of ICM: 272864375?
I am also seeing this issue. It seems that in workspaces where I am an admin via a security group, I can not see the permissions. In workspaces where I am added as an admin individually, I do see the permissions.
Where can one view the incident mentioned?

Microsoft support have answered us that fix for the issue is going to deploy on 9th December

Not working on 3 different bowsers, and as I said it works fine for datasets in none premium workspaces. Microsoft is having a look at it now.

I just double checked my own Premium site, and I am not replicating your issue (I do see my users listed). I have not heard anything about the Gen 2 having issues.....maybe so?
One thing to try - I did have a user last week suddenly lose ability to see things on the screens and once she went to a different browser she WAS able to see the data....so there was a setting in her browser. Try that?
If that doesn't work, I think that you should open a ticket with Microsoft and let us know the result please.
