Users see different values for the same report/visual

Hello everyone,

I have created a report on Power BI desktop and published on service. My problem is different users are seeing different values for the same visual even though there is no RLS configured and the filters used are the same for all users. You can see what they should see below:

The Number of cases column total should be 4013 as highlighted.

However some users are seeing as below

The number is much lower, 17. In addition to that, the Booking Date filter is not the same. It should till 3/9/2022 as on the first image but on the second image it is 2/28/2022. And as I mentioned the filters are exactly the same.

Could you please support me on this issue ?

Best

Hi edhans,

We have checked again and reset to the default filters but I am afraid they are the same for everyone 😞 Any more ideas what could be the reason ?

Best,

Ali

Do the users see the same thing if they launch an incognito/inprivate version of their browser and log in? I am wondering if something is weird with the cache.

Make sure users have hit this button in the upper right to ensure they have no pre-selected filters.

The only othe way to troubleshoot is to compare filters for each user. You'd hover over the Filiter/Funnel icon for the visual and it will tell what filters are applied.
