Users see different values for the same report/visual

Community ChampionMake sure users have hit this button in the upper right to ensure they have no pre-selected filters.
The only othe way to troubleshoot is to compare filters for each user. You'd hover over the Filiter/Funnel icon for the visual and it will tell what filters are applied.
