Hi,
At this moment I'm sharing workspaces/reports with users outside my organisation. These users cannot use "Analyze in Excel", the option is greyed-out. Is it possible for users outside the organisation to use the option 'Analyze in Excel' and if so, can someone tell me how to turn it on?
Thanks in advance,
With kind regards,
Cor van Dalfzen

Need more details. What SKU do you use? Premium or something else? Can internal users use 'Analyze in Excel' without a Pro license? Did you set the Build permission to yes?
Internal: Power BI Pro
External: Power BI Pro + build to Yes.
