Users outside organisation / Analyze in Excel

Hi, At this moment I'm sharing workspaces/reports with users outside my organisation. These users cannot use "Analyze in Excel", the option is greyed-out. Is it possible for users outside the org...

I'm sorry, as tested, guest users cannot use this feature.

Need more details. What SKU do you use? Premium or something else? Can internal users use 'Analyze in Excel' without a Pro license? Did you set the Build permission to yes?

Internal: Power BI Pro

External: Power BI Pro + build to Yes.
