Users cannot see content, workspace in progress message?

Users get the message: Workspace in progress. Content coming soon

They have a viewer role to a workspace. They can get to the workspace but cannot see the content. 
I have never seen this message before, anybody have an idea?

 I cannot reproduce your issue now. 

 I suggest you to open a support ticket for help if you are a pro user.

Hi @Teskevm ,

From the error it would appear that the dataset has RLS configured.

 

In order for the viewers and contributors to view the dataset, they should also be added to the Role under Security on the dataset?

Current RLS only enabled on read permission users, you need to assign role to users to enable RLS effect. If you not assign detail roles to these users, they can't view correspond contents.
For edit permission users, RLS not work so they can view all records.

There is no RLS active on my dataset, so I dont think this is the problem!

Hi @Anonymous,

There is a dataset and a report inside the workspace. 
The access groups for the workspace are the same as the accesgroups for the dataset. 
When I change the role to contributor everyone can see the content but I only want them to have the viewer role!

Hi @Teskevm ,

Is this problem solved?  I have reproduced your issue. Because there was no content in the workspace. Please check there are reports inside and all viewers can view them.

Does this problem arise for all viewer roles?

If it still does not help, please change the viewer role to a contributor or member.
