Users can't access reports

Hi,   We've recently shared several reports to groups of users, but some of them can't access them; they get an 'authorisation is required' message.   Our situation: - Workspace with Premium lic...

    Hi Frank,

     

    We've indeed solved the issue. Apparently we didn't share the report with everyone, we only gave them permissions. This wasn't as obvious as it seems, because you don't see any changes in the user interface. (When you give permissions to the dataset, and then share a report, permissions are automatically given to the report as well. However, when you give permissions to both the dataset and the report, without sharing the report, people actually can't access it, even though visually, i.e. in the UI, all settings are the same.)

     

    Perhaps a point of improvement :-)

Thanks for your reply.

 

Row-Level Security isn't applied.

 

We share the report to the users directly. They also couldn't find the reports in the "Shared with me" pane.

 

I will try cleaning the cookies.

 

They do not have Pro licences, as we distribute the reports with a Workspace with a Premium licence.
