Users being asked for a Pro Licence to create subscriptions in a F128 Fabric Capacity
Hi jmarkel and AlanFindlay,
This seems to be a regional issue as it is working fine in my tenant.
I recommend creating a microsoft ticket so that the support engineers can log this officially and get to the bottom of it.
Hi AlanFindlay ,

We have not raised a support ticket as one has already been raised which suggests the following which we will be trying out shortly -
Solution/WorkaroundThe current workaround options for this known issue are:1. The free users must navigate directly to the apps page in Power BI - and then load the app. Users should now be able to create subscriptions for paginated reports now.2. Alternatively, the free users can navigate to the apps page in Power BI (via the 'Apps' button on the left side bar), refresh the page, then navigate to the app where they want to create a subscription.3. Make sure to add the free user as a viewer in the workspace the app is in, have the user navigate to the workspace the app is in, then have the user navigate to the app.4. Sign-up for a free trial (if you don't already have one).- v-dineshya8 months ago
