Users able to get an App from AppSource
Hi All,
I am having an issue with users being able to add Power BI apps from AppSource. These users do not have the rights to add a workspace but AppSource allows them to add the apps and the workspace.
What other settings do I need to have in place to keep the users from adding apps from AppSource?

Your screenshot shows the "Content Pack Settings" how about "Template App Settings" as I showed?

Thank you for the suggestion.
That was the first thing I checked. As you can see they are disabled or enabled for the same subset we allow to create workspaces. These users are not in that group.
