Users Experiencing Issue Accessing Power BI Reports in Service
Our users are randomly losing access to reports in the Power BI cloud service even though they previously could view them without issues. The reports load to a blank screen and never open, getting stuck in loading forever. Standard fixes like clearing cache, switching browsers, or re‑logging do not help. The only temporary solutions are to grant Direct Access or generate a new share link and add users explicitly, since sharing via “People in your organization” stops working. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hey S_PBI ,
Based on my past experience, if it stucks in this log, service workload is too heavy, capacity is under pressure. Can you please check if there is a throttle.
Also you can try to add ?chromeless=true at the end of the link, if that works.

Hi S_PBI
When viewing the reports, is this done via the browser interface or is this done via Teams? I have personally not experienced this in the past. Could you also check if they are on a network if there is potentially a proxy server that could be caching the results potentially.
