Advocate IVUsername/UPN is Being Cached
It appears that the username and UPN are being cached in the PBI Service? The users UPN was changed yesterday but PBI Service continues to return the user's former UPN. The former UPN has been deleted and is not assigned to any other user.
Any ideas?

How did you change the UPN?
I changed it in the Azure Active Directory. It took effect immediately.
