UserIds: Free User
Hi, I'm running an audit log report, and found that there are "Free User" in UserIds column.
When I checked in Audit Data, found that some of them are users that accessed Power BI through mobile, while some others not.
Who is actually the accounts that are logged as "Free User"?

In audit logs, users with Power BI (free) licenses will be displayed as Free User. In Power BI service, it's called Basic user :

Checked what comes from the audit log, our users that are still using free license are shown with the email account in the UserIds column. So, I don't think Free Users refer to the users with free license (not Pro license).
Anything we need to look into for more detail information who are recorded as Free Users in this audit log report?
