User sees different report from app in teams

I publish 4 PowerBI reports from a premium workspace to an app. I shared the 4th report from that app as a tab in a teams channel. For me and some other users this works fine. However, for one user it opens the 1st report from the app. What might be going on?

Thanks for the suggestion! I only have one audience set up for the entire app. The teams team in which the 4th report is shared has been granted access to all reports. And all reports are visible (as in none have been hidden from view). In the workspace that team has direct access.

I'll create a separate audience now for that 4th report specifically for that teams team (hiding reports 1-3 for them), share the 4th report again in the teams team in a new tab and ask the user if they can now see the 4th report in teams.

Even though I still don't understand why it did not work as I had it set up initially, let's hope this resolves it. It will take till after the weekend to get feedback because of thanksgiving.

Check the audience memberships.

Thanks! Based on your and GilbertQ's response I'm now trying a different audience setup. I'll report back when I find out if that works

Hi @te4mquestion

Could you check the permissions in the workspace and the permissions in the app to make sure that the user has got the right permissions to see the report?

Turns out this did the trick! Thank you both for pointing me in the right direction!
