One idea for you. Can you check the model(s) for the report? If a model is in a different workspace, permission access is not automatically given. I would check to make sure all the necessary permissions are on the model(s). And the type of user can make a difference. What type of user is this? Free or External user? Hey Joacb761  ,

Since the user was previously able to access the app and other users in the same security group are still working without issues, this is most likely a user-specific permission or identity problem rather than a workspace configuration issue in Microsoft Power BI. A good first step is to republish the app from the workspace, as permission changes do not always take effect until the app is updated. If the dataset uses Row-Level Security (RLS), verify that the user is still assigned to the correct role, and if access is granted through a security group, try removing and re-adding the user to that group to refresh Azure AD synchronization. It is also important to confirm that the user still has the appropriate license, such as Power BI Pro, unless the workspace is hosted on Premium or Fabric capacity. Additionally, ask the user to sign out completely, open an InPrivate or Incognito browser session, and access the app directly via its URL to rule out cached authentication tokens. If the issue started about five days ago, check whether any Conditional Access policies, MFA requirements, license changes, or security group updates were implemented around that time, as these changes can impact individual users even when others remain unaffected.
