I have a report published to a workspace, in the access tab I have four members and me as an admin.
All members are organizational with a regular Office 365 account signed in, the problem is that all members can view the report correctly, except one.
There is a user who can only see an incomplete data set (there are mising information), that is, he sees the graphs and other visualizations, but with incomplete data, as if he had a filter or something related to user account permissions... The report has no roles or anything similar.
Other users don't have any problem.
I don't know if anyone has had this problem before.
Thank you.
I don´t know, I change the user access to admin and it appears to work, I will try next days and see
Are you sure there is no RLS involved?
Because when a user becomes admin, RLS no longer applies to him/her.
So in case if user is able to see full data after making them as the admin and not in any other role, it means there might be RLS on the report
No, te problem continues. Is seems something related to the user, account or maybe the workspace. I don´t know, the users have the "member" access type in the workspace.
Ideally the data doesnt get filtered out based on the users access within the workspace (either its no data or entire data) untill it is either fileterd or there is any RLS. Are you sure that there is no roles nor filters applied by user ?
Hey,
There can be 2 reasons that I can think of for incomplete data :
1) RLS : but as you said there is no RLS in your report
So the next logical thing is he/she might have added some filters
Let him click on reset filter and validate
