User Sees filter no one else can see

The filter pane is not exposed for users to adjust. Yet this user has filters on a visual that I am not seeing when I go to the production report. Any idea why he would have these extra visual filters and I would not? I had him sign out and sign in. No luck.

there was a persistent filter from a prior version of the report that must have been stored in his cookies. I had the user click the 'reset filters' button and we resolved the issue.
