is it possible to see which reports in PBI service uses a specific table from our model, example CustomerTable
So the idea is to see if there are reports (and which reports) that are using that table from the beginning till now

This is not possible natively in the Power BI Service.
In the Power BI Service, you may use the Lineage functionality inside a Workspace to see which data sources feed into which reports, but it will only go as far as to Data Source level, not table/column level, and it will not work across workspaces.
For your specific usecase, you will need to use the REST API of the Power BI Service to extract metadata about your Power BI Service content, and use that to map out the relations yourself.
