Use of Datasets in Dataflows

Can we use existing datasets on cloud to create new dataflows ?

Based on my test, it is not supported yet currently. You can come up a new idea about that and add your comments there to improve Power BI and make this feature coming sooner.

As you can see in the picture below from the documentation, this will not be possible I think. Dataflows are one step before creating a dataset. So you can use another dataflow as a source for a dataflow, but not a dataset.
