Usage metrics not showing data for particular workspace

Hi,

We have several reports under multiple workspaces. Usage metrics is showing proper data in all of them except for one workspace. We have tried deleting the usage metrics dataset and creating again, Edited the credentials. But nothing seems to work. While other workspaces do not have any issue. Can someone tell what could be the possible reasons and how to troubleshoot the issue and fix it.

Hi Henry,

Sorry I could not post screenshot due to security resons. But there is no error messages as such. When you click on View Usage Metrics , the Usage metrics report is loading but does not show any data. the report is blank.
