Usage metrics for shared report

Hi,

I have a report that was shared with me. For this report i want to know the usage metrics but currently i am not seeing this report. 

The author of the report though has access but i would need access to the same as well. How do we go about this?

To view the shared metrics report, you should note that:

1. The report owner's administrator should enable 'Usage metrics for content creators' firstly in Admin portal

2. If you are a guset user of this tenant, the administrator should also enable 'Allow external guest users to edit and manage content in the organization'

3. You should have edit permission of this report:

• In classic workspaces, you should be a memeber of this workspace
• In new workspaces, you should have a role like admin, member and contributor of this workspace, viewers only have read permission.

Hi @ramanathans ,

To access the usage metrics you have to have edit access to the report.  The owner has to share it with you at that level to see the reports.  Also, you tenant administrator would have had to have enabled usage metrics.
