    Hi sgenan ,

According to your description, Because you do not use Dataset A for a long time, the scheduled refresh is terminated, and you want to keep the data refresh of Dataset A.Right?

(1)Power BI automatically pauses refresh on datasets associated with dashboards and reports that haven't been visited in more than two months. However, if you add a subscription to a dashboard or report, it won't pause even if it goes unvisited.

So you can try to configure a subscription on the Report corresponding to Dataset A in your workspace A.

You can enter the report and click “Subscribe” button at the top of the interface.( If your workspace is not in Premium capacity, you need at least a Pro license)

For more information , you can refer to the following website: Email subscribe in Power BI Service

    (2) To resume scheduled refresh, visit a report or dashboard built using this dataset or manually refresh the dataset using the Refresh Now option.

For more information , you can refer to the following website: Data refresh in Power BI

If this doesn't meet your needs, you can try using Power Automate to configure the data refresh.

    Best Regards,

    Liu Yang
