Hi @All
In an effort to streamline and understand the most used datasets in PowerBI service across multiple workspaces and determine if there are un-used datasets that can be archived, I need to look for options to build a straight forward centralized report for usage metrics that provides a usage count of all reports and datasets by year and month. Would be good to have this information for the previous and current years.
I've tried using PreviewHub dataset from Admin Monitoring but data available there seems to be only for 1-2 Months.
What could be the best possible options for that?
Thanks in Advance

Use the tenant audit log extracts. Run them daily and store the extracts in a safe place. Ingest them via dataflows, datasets, or put them into a lakehouse for reporting. Your choice

Hi @FabricLearnFabr ,
Based on the information, when select Usage metrics, Power BI generates a report with usage metrics for that content for the last 90 days.
Try to use Admin monitoring workspace and open report.
