Can someone help me fix this issue? Usage metric report is not generating.

I am having the same issue. All my users in question who are trying to access the new usage metrics report have Contributor or Member access to the workspace, they have Pro licenses, and all (2) Admin Tenant settings for usage metrics are enabled for whole organization
