Usage Report Metrics Model

We had a resource that had set up usage reporting for a dashboard/report.  He is no longer with us and we are getting an error every 45+ minutes that indicates his ID is trying to connect to analysis services and references the Usage Reports Metrics Model. WE have checked every data set and he is no longer an owner and we have updated owner for the dataconnection of the usage report metrics data model and that has not removed the error.  This user is no longer in O365.  Where else can we check that his ID might be connected to in relationship to the usage metrics?

Hi @TDouglass ,

Could you pls provide the detail error Screenshot information. Not very clearly.

Check if the following can help you:

Toggle between the new and previous calculations

  1. Sign in to Google Analytics..
  2. Click Admin, and navigate to the property you want to edit.
  3. In the PROPERTY column, click Property Settings.
  4. Under User Analysis, set the switch for Enable Users Metric in Reporting on or off.
On uses the new calculation; Off uses the previous calculation.

Switching between calculations changes the way metrics are calculated from the raw data for your reports, but does not make any change to the underlying data.

For Analytics 360, the default setting for the toggle is On.

For Analytics Standard, the default setting for the toggle is Off.

Best Regards

Lucien

In addition, we see this periodically pop up during the day. The contact name is the employee that is no longer with us and we cannot see where he is attached to anything.
