Usage Report - Download File Greyed Out
Wondering if anyone can help. I have some reports and from these I have created the standard usage report. I would like to download the file to create some different visuals and apply some filters (by department).
However the option to download the file is greyed out.
Can anyone assist. Probability is that there is somehting I've not done/set up.

The Usage Metrics report can't be downloaded. You can use your Power BI Desktop and connect to the Usage Metrics and then from that report you can do some work as a .pbix file.
