Usage Metrics usernames in new workspace for page views

Hi,

I converted all our workspaces about 18 months ago to the new version and the usage meterics reports have different tables available.

I used to have a report in the old version that would report by UserPrincipalName Date and Views Count that would give me a matrix of users email address and the usage. I could also report by Page name and UserPrincipalName.

However in the new usage metrics version I don't have this only a GUID for the user id. I can't event seem to get a matrix of report name and report page usage as the report name is just a GUID. 

Their seems to be a UserAgent Hierarchy in the Report Views table that has the email address i want but I can't use this for the Report Page views? Any idea if I can still do this, do I have to do something in the Tennant which I don't have access to?NewClassic

It's important to understand that differences can occur when comparing the improved usage metrics report with its predecessor. Particularly Report View metrics are now based on activity data collected from the Power BI service. Previous versions of the usage metrics report relied only on client telemetry, which doesn't always match usage metrics collected from the service.
