Usage Metrics report
I found that there are report opens, but the total page views shows blank? is it possible?
How come the report opens without views? what are the definition of report opens and page views?

My guess its related to what the note in the documentation
i had a similar case and what caused it was the fact that the user was using adblock once we removed we the page views started to count.
