Hi,
I have 2 workspaces, one for users and the other for developer team. We wish to analyze the usage report of the report in user workspace, every month. However, the generated usage report gets saved in the user workspace.
I need a workaround to save and acess it from the developer workspace. Is this possible?
Thanks!

Hi @veenashenolikar ,
Workaround1:
You can connect to Power BI service in Power BI Desktop and select Dashboard Usage Metrics Model or Report Usage Metrics Model you have created. After being loaded into PowerBI Desktop, you can save the report as a PBIX file. Finally publish to developer workspace.
Workaround2:
You can save a copy of the Usage Metrics report to a new workspace. For specific operations, please refer to official documents.
If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and let me know immediately. Looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Henry
