Usage Metrics report not showing individual page views

All -

I have the Usage Metrics dataset for one of my workspaces but it won't show me any page level counts. The report uses a shared dataset as a source - could this be the issue? No errors, good counts at the report level - just not at the page level where we need them.

Thanks for any suggestions.
Danielle

Hi @dsdesrosiers

1.If the report has more than one page, slice the report by the page(s) that was viewed. "Blank" means either a report page was added within 24 hours of the new page appearing in the slicer list, or report pages have been deleted. "Blank" captures these types of situations.

2.Report Page View depends on network latency, ad blockers, firewalls, and network rules set by your organization, this data may never reach Power BI. Therefore, the performance and Report Page View data may not include all views or all users.

Hi All,

Recently I get the same question -  the Pages visual in the bottom right corner of the new usage report is "blank". Other visuals looks good. I deleted and re-generated the usage metrics dataset and no improvement. Any suggestion  on how to debug it?
