We are making use of the Usage Metrics report to see which users are running our report and how often. We're finding that several users who have been confirmed as having opened the report are not showing up in the Usage Metrics. Is this a known issue? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Hi ,We are facing the same issue as above as several users who have been confirmed having opened the report are not showing up in the Usage Metrics report.Any idea when will this be sorted.When we tried to export the report and analyze in excel the count is different.
