Usage Metrics not showing

Hi,

I created a dashboard and saved in my workspace and shared with colleagues from work. However when i click on the three dots option menu it doesnt give me option for usage metrics. I used to be able to see who access it in the past. What may cause this issue and is there are a work around ir?

Hi @dokat ,

If the administrator disables this feature in the admin portal, then usage metrics will not be displayed.

@Anonymous i am able to see the usage metrics in other reports. Just not able to see on the new dashboard i created so i dont think its the admin turning of the feature.

Hello @dokat ,

there's two other people posted about this today, and we're waiting for microsoft support tp validate, since it might be some sort of a bug.
