Usage Metrics Report not updated (no usage data)

There are a few possible reasons and solutions for this issue:

- Your Power BI admin may have disabled usage metrics for content creators in the Tenant settings. You can check with your admin if this is the case and ask them to enable it.
- Your usage metrics report dataset may have data consistency or refresh issues. You can try to delete the existing dataset and then run View Usage Metrics again to generate a new dataset with its associated usage metrics reports.
- Your usage metrics report may take a few minutes to initialize and refresh, resulting in showing a blank report. You can check the refresh history in the Usage Metrics Report dataset settings to verify that the refresh operation succeeded.
