Usage Metrics Report not refreshing

Hello, 

The Usage Metrics Report for my reports has not refreshed since March 12th. I had our admin change my password around the same time. The error I am getting on the Usage Metrics dataset is "The provided grant has expired due to it being revoked, a fresh auth token is needed. The user might have changed or reset their password. The grant was issued on '2019-11-11T20:11:50.8766329Z' and the TokensValidFrom date (before which tokens are not valid) for this user" Anyone know how to correct this?

Hi @raharebecca ,

Would you please sign in with admin account and click “Admin Portal”-> "Tenant Settings"-> "Audit and usage settings", then disable "Usage metrics for content creators" and then enable it again(you can select "Delete all existing usage metrics content") as below:

Seems like you need to update the credentials? You could check the Issues forum here:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
