Usage Metrics Report is not showing history data

Need your quick help.

Usage Metrics Report is not showing history data before 2nd Dec. I can just check the data from the 2nd of December forward.

How can get previous data

Please check whether all of your Usage Metrics Report don't show history data before 2nd Dec.

My Usage Metrics Report works well.

Did you ever figure out why the window was limited to Dec 02? I seem to be having this issue as well now.

Hi @Anonymous ,

If this was switched from old to new then it might not be rendering older data.  However, this is probably something that you should create a ticket for if you think that there should be older data as Microsoft may have some more abilities to research the issue.
